South East Asian Style BBQ's In Your Own Private Space

Before our new adventure begins in this space,  we are opening up to private functions this Christmas season.  Book one of our Southeast style BBQ's in your own private space with in and outside areas. Cold draught beer, wines by the glass, house spirits, and preorganised bespoke cocktails created by our Bar Manager for those that are interested in a little bit extra.

Crying Tiger Marinated Tasmanian Flank Steak (GF)

Beef flank cooked over charcoal. Topped with coriander, fresh chilli, charred vegetables with Nam Jim Jeaw dipping sauce.

 

Vietnamese Chargrilled Lemongrass Pork Neck (GF)

Scottsdale pork neck, house lemongrass rub.

 

Indonesian Butterflied Whole Grilled Chicken Sate (GF)

Marinated butterflied chicken, cooked on the BBQ. Topped with house sate sauce.

 

Aromatic Pulled Jackfruit (Veg, Vegan, GF)

Jackfruit cooked with lemongrass, five spice, rice wine & sesame, served with Asian style slaw.

 

Freshest Market Fish Ceviche (GF)

Sashimi grade fish, sliced and dressed with a  green nam jim sauce and Thai basil.

 

Vermicelli Noodle Salad with Coconut Vinaigrette (GF, Veg. Vegan)

Mixed with julienne vegetables and herbs. Topped with crushed peanuts and fried shallots.

 

Sambal Potato Salad (Veg, Vegan, gluten, GF)

Steamed Tasmanian potatoes, spring onion, house sambal & coconut.

 

Asian Green Salad (GF, Veg, Vegan)

Lightly charred asparagus & broccolini, fresh rocket leaves, red onion. Dressed with a sweet soy & sesame dressing.

 

Spicy Hiya Tofu (Veg, Vegan, GF)

chilled silken tofu, spicy nam jim dressing, tomato salsa and fresh coriander.

 

Served with a selection of breads, steamed rice & condiments.

The Nitty Gritty

  • Minimum 40 people for a full venue hire. Some flexibility for smaller groups as well.  

  • $80pp for more than your fill of Southeast Asian BBQ, paid at time of booking. This price includes the private venue hire, staff and cleaning.

  • Number of total guests (with any dietaries) must be confirmed with payment made 72 hours prior to booking. Any changes after this time may not be able to be accommodated (although we will try our best).
